Refund Policy

RINGLESS PROS

No-Refund Policy — Digital & SaaS Services

All purchases made through RINGLESS PROS are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital, on-demand, and subscription-based nature of our software platforms, services, and related deliverables, refunds are not offered once access has been provisioned, credentials have been issued, or services have otherwise been made available.

By accessing, purchasing, or using any products, services, software platforms, subscriptions, digital goods, or related deliverables provided by RINGLESS PROS, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, except as explicitly set forth in this policy.

No Refunds for Use, Non-Use, or Business Outcomes

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or later dissatisfaction
  • Partial use, non-use, inactivity, or perceived lack of value
  • Failure to achieve desired business, marketing, financial, or performance results
  • User error, misuse, misconfiguration, or lack of technical proficiency
  • Failure to follow onboarding instructions, documentation, or best practices
  • Compliance violations arising from the user's conduct, content, data sources, or targeting practices
  • Account limitations, suspensions, or terminations resulting from violations of applicable laws, carrier rules, or platform policies
  • Third-party actions, carrier filtering, regulatory enforcement, or external circumstances beyond the control of RINGLESS PROS

RINGLESS PROS makes no guarantees regarding message delivery rates, campaign performance, revenue generation, profitability, or specific outcomes.

Digital Delivery & Non-Returnability

RINGLESS PROS provides immediate access to proprietary software, systems, and digital resources. Once access is granted or services are delivered, they are deemed fully rendered and non-returnable, as no physical product exists and digital access cannot be revoked or returned.

Continued access or use of the platform constitutes confirmation of delivery and acceptance of services.

Fraud, Chargebacks, and Bad-Faith Disputes

RINGLESS PROS maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, chargeback abuse, and bad-faith payment disputes.

Any attempt to obtain a refund through a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for services properly delivered may be considered fraudulent. RINGLESS PROS actively documents, investigates, and contests such disputes and reserves the right to:

  • Submit evidence to payment processors, card networks, and financial institutions
  • Permanently terminate access to services without notice
  • Recover losses, fees, and administrative costs to the fullest extent permitted by law
  • Refer substantiated cases of fraud, theft of services, or payment abuse to appropriate law enforcement or prosecutorial authorities

Initiating a dispute does not relieve the purchaser of contractual obligations or payment liability.
